Model agency booking software for creative and talent agencies
ShootModel is model agency booking software for two kinds of agencies. Creative agencies book talent for clients with separate client workspaces and white-label shortlists. Model and talent agencies list a roster of up to 50 of their own talent and accept bookings with payouts per booking. Both run on the Agency plan.

Booking talent for many clients at once
A workspace for each client
Keep each client's castings, shortlists, bookings and releases apart. Each workspace has its own history, so a new account lead can pick up a client without digging through old email. When a client asks for last quarter's usage terms, you open their workspace and find them.
White-label shortlists
Send a shortlist link to your client without our brand on it. They see the talent, rates and reasons from AI casting, and they pick. You book.
Room for the whole studio
The Agency plan has 25 seats, 500 AI castings and 200 active shoot requests a month. Approval steps and call sheets come with it, as do consolidated monthly invoices.
Roster booking for model and talent agencies
List up to 50 of your own talent under your agency. Each person still passes the ID and age check before their profile goes live, and every one is an adult.
- 01Set rates and availability for each person on your roster
- 02Turn instant booking on or off per person
- 03Receive booking requests and accept or decline within 24 hours
- 04Contracts, releases and usage licenses are made for each booking
- 05Payouts per booking, 48 hours after the shoot, with the 15% platform fee withheld
Bookers find your talent in the same search as everyone else, so your roster gets seen by brands looking for someone on a specific date. Booking requests for roster talent come to your team, so you stay in charge of who works where and when.
Clean records for every job
Agencies live on paperwork. Each booking creates a booking agreement, a model release and a usage license with the media, territory, term and exclusivity chosen at checkout. Both sides sign online. You keep a library of every release, searchable by talent and project, ready for client audits.
One plan for agency work
The Agency plan costs $449 a month billed yearly ($5,388 a year) or $899 month to month. Yearly saves 50%. Talent rates and buyouts are paid per booking, with no booker fee on top. If you need more seats, SSO with SAML, an audit log or PO numbers on invoices, Enterprise covers that.
Subscriptions are final. Cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
A normal week on the Agency plan
On Monday a client sends a brief. Your producer opens that client's workspace, uploads the moodboard and runs an AI casting. Twenty minutes later the client gets a white-label shortlist link with the top picks and their rates.
On Tuesday the client chooses. Your team sends booking requests, or books instantly where talent allow it. An account lead approves the spend in the approval step. Contracts and releases are created and signed online.
On Friday the shoot happens, and everyone on set already has the call sheet. The following week, payouts go to talent 48 hours after completion, and all the bookings land on one monthly invoice. Months later, when the client asks if a photo can run in a new country, the license is one click away.
If you run a talent agency, the same week looks different. Booking requests for your roster arrive in one inbox, you accept the ones that fit each person's calendar, and payouts arrive per booking.
FAQ
01Can a talent agency list its whole roster?
The Agency plan lists up to 50 of your own talent. Each one is ID and age verified before going live.
02How are payouts handled for roster talent?
Each booking pays out 48 hours after the shoot, minus the 15% platform fee, unless the booker opens a dispute in that window.
03Can my clients see ShootModel branding on shortlists?
White-label shortlist links show the talent without our brand, so the shortlist looks like it comes from your agency.
04Can we keep each client's work separate?
Yes. Client workspaces keep castings, shortlists, bookings and releases apart.
05Do we get one invoice for all bookings?
Yes. The Agency plan includes a consolidated monthly invoice.
06Can our roster talent also take bookings from other bookers?
Yes. Your roster appears in the same search that every booker uses, by date, city and budget.
07Can we use AI casting for client briefs?
Yes. The Agency plan includes 500 AI castings a month, and results can go straight into a white-label shortlist.
