ShootModel pricing has two parts. Booking talent works per booking: you pay the talent rate and the usage buyout you choose, with no fee on top. Brand plans add monthly AI castings, shoot requests, seats and team tools. Talent plans publish a verified profile. Yearly billing saves 50%.

How a booking is charged
A booking is not part of any plan. It is a payment for one shoot.
- 01You pay the talent rate for your hours plus the usage buyout you choose.
- 02There is no booking fee for you.
- 03Our platform fee is 15% of the talent rate, taken from the talent payout.
- 04Payment is held until the shoot is completed.
- 05The talent is paid 48 hours after the shoot, unless you report a problem in that time.

What counts toward your limits
- 01An AI casting counts once when you run it on a moodboard.
- 02A shoot request counts once when you send it to talent, and stays active until it closes.
- 03A seat is one person in your workspace.
- 04Limits count usage in each billing period. Deleting a casting, request or shortlist does not free a slot.
- 05At 80% of a limit we tell you, so nothing stops in the middle of a project.
- 06Moving to a bigger plan charges the difference today, and the new limits start right away.
FAQ
01Do I need a plan to book talent?
No. Create an account and you can book any available talent, paying per booking. Plans are for teams that want AI casting, more shoot requests and seats.
02Is there a fee for the booker?
No. You pay the rate you see plus the buyout you chose. The 15% platform fee comes out of the talent payout.
03Why is yearly billing the default?
Most teams shoot all year. Yearly billing costs half of monthly billing, so it is the better deal for steady work.
04Can I switch plans?
Yes. Moving up charges the difference right away and opens the new limits at once. Moving down takes effect at the end of the paid period.
05Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in your account and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Plan payments are final. See the refund policy for the few exceptions.
06Is Enterprise bought online too?
Yes. Pick Enterprise, pay by card and your workspace opens at once. The MSA and DPA are ready to download in your account.
07What do talent plans cost?
Model is $9 a month on yearly billing and Model Pro is $19 a month on yearly billing. Publishing a profile needs a talent plan and an ID and age check.
08What happens if talent cancels a booking?
You get the full booking charge back and we help you find a replacement. Production, Agency and Enterprise plans get priority replacement help.
