Vegas models for hire on ShootModel are adults you can book by date and hours, ID and age verified before a profile can be booked, for trade show booths, brand events, hotel campaigns and studio shoots. A convention town first
Las Vegas hosts some of the largest trade shows in the country, so a lot of model work here is event work. Exhibitors need promotional models to greet visitors, scan badges, explain a product and keep the booth busy for long days on the show floor. Many brands also book a photographer for a few hours to capture the booth with talent for social posts and sales decks.
Hospitality is the second big driver. Hotels, restaurants, spas and pool clubs refresh their marketing often and need lifestyle images of guests dining, checking in or relaxing. ShootModel keeps all of this professional. Wardrobe is brand clothing, business wear or resort casual, and profiles with suggestive photos are not allowed.

Show days are long days
Trade show shifts often start before the doors open and run past closing. Book enough hours to cover setup and the booth walk through. If you need the same person for three show days, send one request per day or one shoot request that covers the dates, and confirm each one. Plan for walking time from parking garages to the hall, which can be long at the biggest venues.
Film permits in the City of Las Vegas and Clark County
The Las Vegas area has more than one permit office, and the right one depends on the address. The Strip sits in unincorporated Clark County, which requires a film permit for commercial and still photography on public property. Downtown falls under the City of Las Vegas, which runs its own film permit office. Both point productions to register with the Nevada Film Office as well.
Inside a resort or convention hall you are on private property, so the venue and the show organizer set the rules. Many shows limit photography on the floor, so check the exhibitor manual. The Fremont Street Experience asks for its own permission on top of the city permit.
| Location | Who to ask |
|---|---|
| Public spots along the Strip | Clark County film permit office |
| Downtown streets | City of Las Vegas film permits |
| Any production in the state | Register with the Nevada Film Office |
| Resort, casino or convention hall | Venue and show organizer |
| Fremont Street Experience | Its own permit plus the city permit |
Contact the right office early, since some permits take time to process.
Shooting in the desert sun
Summer afternoons are extremely hot, so outdoor shoots in June through September work best at sunrise or after sunset. Spring and fall are the comfortable seasons for desert and rooftop work. Midday sun is harsh and leaves hard shadows, so bring diffusion or move indoors. Neon and signs look best at blue hour, just after the sun goes down.
How booking works for Las Vegas shows and shoots
Search the dates of your show
Enter Las Vegas, the talent type and each date you need. Add the hours per day and your budget. Promotional and event models are a category under Models.
Pick talent for the booth
Open profiles to see photos, rates for an hour, half day and full day, languages and travel radius. Ratings show only from finished bookings.
Confirm and pay through the platform
Book now confirms right away. Request to book gives the model 24 hours to say yes, and you pay nothing unless they accept. Payment is held until the work is done and the talent is paid 48 hours later, unless you raise a dispute.
Booking several people for one event
Large booths may need a full team. A shoot request sends your dates, hours, budget and brief to all matching talent at once, and you collect confirmations in one place. Brand plans add more active shoot requests and seats for your event team.
FAQ
01Can I book promotional models for a three day trade show?
Yes. Book each day with the same person, or send a shoot request with all your dates and confirm the talent who say yes.
02Do I need a permit to take photos inside a convention hall?
Halls are private property, so the venue and the show set the rules. Read the exhibitor manual and ask the organizer before you plan a shoot on the floor.
03Who issues film permits on the Las Vegas Strip?
The Strip is in unincorporated Clark County, so the county film permit office handles public locations there. Productions also register with the Nevada Film Office.
04What should promotional models wear at my booth?
You decide the wardrobe in the brief, such as branded shirts or business wear. ShootModel is a professional marketplace and does not allow suggestive styling.
05What happens if I cancel two days before the show?
Between 72 and 24 hours before call time, half of the talent rate goes to the talent and the rest, plus any buyout, comes back to you.
06Can I use the booth photos in ads later?
Yes, if you choose that usage at checkout. The usage license lists the media, territory, term and exclusivity you bought.
