FAQ
01How do you check that the people are real adults?
Before a profile takes paid bookings, the talent passes an ID and age check, and only then does the profile show the ID verified badge. A profile without the badge is an example listing, and requests to it are never charged.
02Who owns the photos and how can I use them?
You choose the usage in checkout: media, territory, term and exclusivity. The usage license and model release are attached to the booking, so your rights are on file.
03What if the talent cancels or does not show up?
You get the full booking charge back, and we help you find a replacement. On the Production plan and up, replacement help gets priority.
04Are there hidden fees?
No. You pay the listed rate plus the buyout you chose. Our 15% platform fee comes out of the talent payout, not your total.
05Do I need a plan to book?
No. After you create an account you can book any available talent and pay per booking. Plans add monthly AI castings, more shoot requests, seats and team tools.
06Can I book outside my city or hire remote creators?
Yes. Talent set a travel radius, and many UGC creators film at home. Choose remote in the search and the product ships to them.
07Can my agency or team use it?
Yes. Plans include seats, roles, approvals, client workspaces and one monthly invoice. Enterprise adds SSO, an audit log and PO numbers on invoices.
08Is ShootModel safe for talent?
Bookers sign up with a verified email, chat stays inside the booking, and personal contact details are not shared before a booking. Payment is secured before the shoot and paid out 48 hours after.
